I love photography! I could probably eat and breathe it if it was possible! Know what else I love? Teaching! I am a teacher by profession. In fact, I taught Kindergarten before I had my own kids, and I am currently home schooling my 4 boys.
Homeschooling has given me less time to pursue my photography. In fact, I’ve been telling clients no about photo shoots, because I just don’t have time to edit. But I need something to give me a creative outlet and I’ve had numerous friends ask if I teach photography lessons...so a few weeks ago, I put two and two together, and I have been working on a plan to teach some photography basics to anyone who wants to improve their photography skills...and this plan is perfect for anyone who doesn't have mega time slots, like me! So, without further ado, I'd love to introduce you to The Snap Studio!
The Snap Studio is a year-long photography basics course for anyone interested in learning how to take better pictures with their phones or fancy cameras. Basic photography techniques, skills and challenges will be given in manageable-sized lessons emailed to you throughout 2019. Perfect for the person who doesn't have time or energy to cram a whole class into mere weeks. Learn how to make your images into more than just snapshots with this mildly-paced course with easy to follow lessons and videos aimed at helping learners of all ages (13+) and all abilities.
A quick overview:
I know I could go on and on explaining why I chose to do this class this way, or who it's for, what you'll learn, etc. but I find it very boring to read a long diatribe, so here are the quick basics of this class, with more detailed descriptions below if you're interested!
If this sounds interesting to you, read below for the more nitty gritty details about this class:

*There were not enough people who registered for this class to make it worth my while, so I am not going to be doing this class for now. Maybe next year or a different format. If you are interested, please contact me and I will let you know when I get this going! Thank you!
