For behold the field is white already to harvest; and lo, he that thrusteth in his sickle with his might, the same layeth up in store that he perisheth not, but bringeth salvation to his soul. -D&C 4:4
With this scripture in my head, I've had an idea for many, many years and every summer I've wanted to do, but never have. Then, when my friend asked if I'd take her son's missionary pictures, I was giddy with excitement! The wheat was white and I was ready to do this!
To say I'm happy with how these turned out, would be an understatement. I couldn't have been happier. Now, if only I could find a white wheat field all year round...!
I'm a mom of 4 boys, in love with photography, especially landscapes, macro, and silhouettes.
"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place...I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them." -Elliott Erwitt
