Photography is the story I fail to put into words.

I am so ready for winter to be done! Spring is just around the corner, I can feel it in my bones! But since it's not here yet, and there's a bunch of "lovely dead crap" around my yard, I decided to get my Lensbaby Velvet out and get my macro serenity on this month! There's something so beautiful and serene I feel as I connect with the small details in this world! These images are a bit more moody than my normal work, but I think they reflect my current mood about wanting winter to be over! ;) ![]() As you can see, I did find a little bit of the beginning of spring! Let's hope next month I will be able to share more spring-time serenity!!!
The Serenity Project is done each month with a group of some of my photography friends. Please continue through the circle to feel some more serenity today! Next in the circle is Lori McLellan, Calgary Area photographer. 3/20/2019 10:18:49 am
I love photographing lovely dead crap! But I am definitely ready for spring too. Hey, today is the first day of Spring! So, happy Spring! I look forward to seeing some more colorful flowers soon.

There is beauty to be found in the textures of lovely dead crap and you found it! And it looks like some new spring stuff, too! Winter can seem so long, but spring always comes to us, doesn't it?
