I had the amazing opportunity to attend Click Away (a photography conference) in Seattle last month. I was such an amazing experience! Not only did I learn a lot of new things, I got to meet a lot of new people!
I belong to an online photography forum (called Clickin Moms) that is the host of this conference, and it was so fun to meet so many of my online forum friends in person. It just made them all the more real!
The leaves were just beautiful and it was cloudy the whole time, but it only rained one day. And even the rain made for some lovely picture opportunities!
I could write in depth of the things I learned, the people I met, the experiences I had...but it would take me all day to do that, so instead, I'll just leave you with a slideshow so you can see the experience I had through pictures And remember, this was a photography conference, so it's not your typical touristy shots. ;)
I'm a mom of 4 boys, in love with photography, especially landscapes, macro, and silhouettes.
"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place...I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them." -Elliott Erwitt
